The orders are completed within maximum of 2 working days, that is from Monday to Friday, excluding days off. The above mentioned time does not include the delivery time by the carrier, which depends on the selected delivery form and coutry. The packages are delivered on working days (that is from Monday to Friday, excluding days off). We can wait with sending the goods until we will receive the full payment of the price with the delivery costs, with the exception of choosing pay on delivery option.
During the delivery stage of your order, you can check the status of your package using the waybill number (this will be sent to you via e-mail when the package is sent). You have the possibility to call the courier or use the Track&Trace option on the carrier’s website.
Important: you have the possibility to verify the contents of your package in the presence of the courier. If the package is damaged or is missing some items, you have the chance to fill in a complaint protocol in the presence of the courier.
